What to Expect

Dr. Ong operates out of two offices: Telok Ayer and Anson Road. Both locations are wheelchair accessible. Both offices are within easy access to eateries, cafes and public transport.

Psychotherapy

Before scheduling a first appointment, I typically hold brief (30 minute), free phone/video consultations with potential clients to help with determining if us working together is a good fit for your needs. If we decide to move forward with scheduling a first appointment in person, then I will send you a link to complete intake paperwork electronically prior to our appointment.

Our first appointment is called an intake appointment and is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to allow us both an opportunity to make a more informed decision about our fit in working together.

The intake appointment is generally 2 hours long.

For Assessments

I typically hold brief (20 minute), free video/phone consultations with potential clients before scheduling a first appointment to help with determining if us working together is a good fit for your needs. If we decide to move forward with scheduling a first appointment in person, then I will send you a link to complete intake paperwork electronically prior to our appointment.

We typically would begin with an intake before beginning testing. Usually, a full assessment is completed in multiple blocks of times across 1-3 days. A report is provided to you within approximately 2-3 weeks following the final day of testing, and a feedback session is scheduled to review findings and recommendations with you.
