Arriving

If you’re reading this on the way over, you’re probably running through what you’ll say in the lift, or wondering whether the door will be obvious, or whether you’ll have to ask anyone where to go.

You won’t. Here’s everything you need to know to get to me, walk in, and sit down without thinking too hard.

Where to come

101 Telok Ayer Street, #03-03 · Singapore 068574
Third floor. Lift access. Wheelchair accessible.

By MRT

Telok Ayer Station (DT18), Exit A is the closest. Turn left out of the exit, walk along Telok Ayer Street, and the building is on your right after about two minutes. Take the lift to the third floor and look for unit #03-03.

If you’re coming from Tanjong Pagar (EW15), take Exit 2 toward Tanjong Pagar Centre and walk five minutes along Telok Ayer Street. From Raffles Place (EW14 / NS26), walk south toward Telok Ayer Street, about eight to ten minutes on foot.

By car

Street parking is metered along Telok Ayer Street. Check the signage for restrictions. Golden Shoe Car Park and Frasers Tower are short walks away if you’d rather park indoors. Allow about ten minutes for parking and walking to the office.

If it’s raining, China Square Central has sheltered access to Telok Ayer MRT Exit A, so you can stay covered most of the way.

What you’ll see when you walk in

The therapy room at Lightfull Psychology: sage green chairs, cream sofa, warm wood, paper lantern light.
The room, as you’ll find it.

The lift opens onto a quiet corridor on the third floor. The clinic door has a small sage-green sign (Lightfull Psychology), and you’ll see the unit number, #03-03, on the wall to the right of the door.

Inside, it’s intentionally calm. Sage green, cream, and warm wood. Paper lanterns overhead, soft natural light from the windows. The reception area is small and quiet, a few chairs, a side table, and water if you want some. There’s no front desk to check in at and no one will ask you to fill out a form before your session. Sit wherever feels comfortable. I’ll come out to meet you when it’s time.

You don’t need to announce yourself. You don’t need to say much when you walk in. If you’d rather not make eye contact with the other people in the building on the way up, you don’t have to.

If you’re early

You’re welcome to come in and wait. There’s water, and there’s a chair. You don’t need to be anywhere five minutes before. Five minutes early is fine. So is two.

If you’d rather not wait inside, Telok Ayer Street has a few cafés within a one-minute walk, the China Square area in particular. Or you can sit in the lobby downstairs. Whatever feels easier on the day.

If you’re running late

Email clinic@lightfull-psychology.com. I’ll see it. We’ll figure out what’s possible with the time we have.

And if you can’t find the building, or you’re standing in the lobby unsure which lift to take, same. Email and I’ll come down for you.

Hours

By appointment only. Seven days a week, daytime and evenings. Evenings, weekends and public holidays carry the after-hours rates on the fees page. If you haven’t booked yet, a 15-minute Meet & Greet is the right place to start.
