Dr. Ong Mian Li is a US-trained clinical psychologist and founder of Lightfull Psychology Practice in Singapore. He holds a Ph.D. from UNC Chapel Hill and completed the Clinical Child Psychology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic. He has ADHD and specializes in neurodiversity, assessment, and evidence-based therapy.

Dr. Ong Mian Li is the founder of Lightfull Psychology Practice, a US-trained clinical psychologist specialising in neurodiversity across the lifespan. He earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (primarily under Eric Youngstrom, with a year-long practicum under Jon Abramowitz) and completed the APA-accredited Clinical Child Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship at Mayo Clinic, with rotations across paediatric anxiety, inpatient psychiatry, pain rehabilitation, and consultation-liaison.

Dr. Ong has ADHD, diagnosed as an adult, that lived experience informs how he assesses, how he works in session, and how he built the practice. He has published 50+ peer-reviewed papers and presentations. He is a regular expert commentator on CNA, The Business Times, and 8World, and has spoken at institutions and conferences including the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Conference (NCPC Singapore), Vanderbilt University, NUS, LEGO, Prudential, and EtonHouse.

He is the co-founder of HGAPS, a nonprofit making evidence-based psychological science freely accessible worldwide, and the recipient of the APA Citizen Psychologist Presidential Citation, the first graduate student in APA history to receive this recognition.
