On CNA: Workplace Mental Health, the Psychology of Unfinished Tasks, and More
Over the past year, I have been a regular expert commentator on Channel NewsAsia (CNA) across several topics at the intersection of psychology and everyday life.
Some of the topics I have been invited to comment on include: why unfinished tasks stay in our heads (the Zeigarnik effect and its practical implications), how fear of rejection shapes our decisions, the psychology behind Singapore’s chess boom, school bullying and what parents can do, and whether and how to disclose mental health conditions in the workplace.
I was also a guest on CNA938 Wellness Hour, discussing how young parents can protect their mental health while juggling career and family demands, and featured on CNA Lifestyle on holiday mental health.
